For effective communication of MAUDAU, as an online product that cannot be touched in real life, it is imperative to engage the other senses of our guests. That’s why we wanted MAUDAU to sound! Not just in any way, but consistently and correctly, broadcasting our values and character of the brand.
It’s rare to meet people from the outside who are so passionate and love what they do. What’s more, they begin to treat your product with the same love as you do. So I can tell you: if you’re thinking about the sounds in your product, you need to go to these guys even if you don’t understand much about it.
I had never worked on my project with anyone before. That’s why I was super nervous about collaborating with new creative professionals. But after several calls, I noticed that the VP Production team understands me and, most importantly, hears me and respects my needs.
I think that the music is the best part of our game. The music is not the background to the game, but rather the game is the background to the music. It’s a pleasure to listen to the soundtrack while playing. The game wouldn’t be the same without this sound. It is our first game, and we are glad we could involve the VP Production team in the project.
We had less than a month before the release, and we were not sure that the guys would want to take on the project, given the tough deadline and the amount of work.
